From our buyers
Happy in their new homes
Daniah helped me buy my current home and I could not be happier. She was kind and professional and available for questions and showings whenever needed. She made the home buying process less scary as a single mom buying her first solo house! Will definitely use her again if and when I need an agent in the future!!
Daniah needs more than 5 stars as this is the 2nd house I have purchased in North Carolina and have never had a person as nice, courteous, and informative than her. She contacted me daily either by phone or text with all the details and answers to every question I had. After closing she helped me with all the things I needed to get hooked up and working at new home. So if you need to have someone that dots the I's and crosses the T's it's her.
Guaranteed to help you find exactly what you're looking for no matter how ridiculous it is. She'll keep you up to date, promptly answer your questions, and leave you wondering why you didn't call her sooner. Keep your sanity and pick Daniah as your realtor.
Buyer FAQ
Common questions
Does it cost anything to work with a buyer's agent?
We'll explain exactly how buyer-agent compensation works during your free consultation and put everything in writing in a buyer agency agreement before we start touring homes. Often, compensation can be negotiated as part of your offer.
What is the due diligence period in North Carolina?
After your offer is accepted, North Carolina's standard contract gives you a negotiated window to complete inspections, appraisal, survey and loan approval. You typically pay a due diligence fee to the seller for this period. We'll explain how it works and help you choose the right amount and timeframe.
How much do I need for a down payment?
It depends on your loan program. Some loans allow as little as 0–3.5% down, while putting 20% down avoids private mortgage insurance on conventional loans. Our lending partners can walk you through your options.
What is "Working with Real Estate Agents"?
It's a brochure from the North Carolina Real Estate Commission that explains the different ways agents can represent you. We're required to review it with you at our first substantial contact. Read the brochure (PDF).
